About Christopher (Tim) Vandenberg

Strategic leader with over 20 years of consulting and management experience in driving the positive re-engineering of processes and programs. Throughout my career I have been the go-to person to develop and reengineer ineffective or non-existent programs or processes, once back on track, I would redefine and improve the area of concern and in many cases take ownership and maintain it while moving on to additional programs. I strive to develop programs and processes that meet the unique balance of efficiency and effectiveness without over-burdening. In my current position, I ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed while keeping a watchful eye for cost reduction and safety management. I enjoy problem-solving while working with team members from environmental, safety, maintenance, and operations. I regularly interface with outside contractors and regularly negotiate to ensure costs are controlled and scope is maintained. I ensure all work I manage is completed to the highest level of quality and meets all applicable codes. I am comfortable interfacing and communicating with all levels of individuals in any industry, including regulators and executive management.AREAS OF EXPERTISEProject/Program Management • Vendor/Contract Management • Project Management Methodologies • Leveraging Technology • Analysis • Strategic Planning • Repairs and Operations • Cost Reduction • Capital Projects • Safety Management • Continuous Improvement • Documentation • Data Collection and Presentation • Process Development • Change Management
