To build up and run a prestige car hire company from scratch - starting with four cars, Ferrari 360, Aston Martin DB9, Bentley Continental GT and Porsche Turbo S convertible. The business grew rapidly based on short term self drive hire of these very handsome cars until we had about 22 cars until the direction and style of the business changed significantly

Involved in residential estate agency and running the business for 24 years and responsible for building a consortium of almost 30 independent estate agency offices across Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Buckinghamshire as Team estate agents - taking that very brave step forward towards sharing property, on which we had won instructions to sell, with rival independent offices!
