Release new equipments in order to manufacture new products through capability studies.-Selection, buy, and release of new machinery at EUA and Canada, coordination of the setup, debug, and startup at Mexico of equipments as: Magnetizing Systems, Electrical Tester, Resistance Welding Equipment, Electrical Torque Guns, Varnish Ovens, among others.-New product integrations into cost and time following the APQP system, working for customers as: KIA, HYUNDAI, GM, Mercury Marine and Polaris for light duty equipment. Cummins, Daimler Mercedez Benz, CAT, Oshkosh, Mack, Hino, Perkins for heavy duty equipment. Follow up to project´s activities through timings, weekly meetings, conference call, emails and trips with the customers, suppliers and headquarters in Mexico and USA.-Manufacturing process improvements, scrap reduction, improvement on OEE indicator through design, modification and improvement tooling. Innovation and application of new electronic and mechanical devices. Pokayokes and gauge’s integration. Knowledge and application of resistance welding processes, vision systems programming (Cognex, Keyence, Omron). Knowledge in balancer´s system and equipments, varnish ovens, CNC, press systems, electrical and pneumatic torque guns (Ingersoll Rand, Bosch, Atlas Copco, etc.).-Activities in order to increase the availability of the production cells through detection and decrease of the bottlenecks. Proposal and modification of the walking pattern, lay out, standard work improvements. Automation and decrease of the cycle time of machinery, new equipment’s integration. -Responsible of engineering documentation, creation and update of PFD, FMEA, CP, SW, Machinery instructions, etc.
