At GPS 3/15 project 3 stands for 3 shifts in a day and 15 for order delivery time in at most 15 minutes which is 30 minutes. Delivery time meant the time from receiving the order over the phone/internet until the delivery to the customer’s doorstep. Restaurant managers could watch drivers live and know where they were for their safety. The Motto was “be fast in the restaurant, drive slow on the delivery”. In the beginning, the project was tested in 20 restaurants and succeeded with a new order delivery time record of 8 minutes. Received international awards with this project. Visited 300+ restaurants located in 7 regions to train franchisees and restaurant managers to use GPS efficiently, read reports, and take action.
