As a consultant, I provide exceptional user support (1:1 support) and ensure that our customers have a positive experience when using our product (SmartDoseAI: a platform that supports hospitals in individualized dosing regimens for narrow therapeutic window drugs by using modern therapeutic drug monitoring (model-informed precision dosing techniques) combined with Big data and AI technologies).

• As a researcher after graduation (September 2022 – Present):✓ My research of interest is the application of pharmacometrics in the clinical settings, focusing on pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamic modeling and simulation of antimicrobial drugs such as vancomycin, amikacin, linezolid, meropenem, and ceftazidime/avibactam.✓ Together with my research team, we successfully created a network supporting a number of hospitals in Vietnam in implementing TDM service for individualized dosing regimens of vancomycin and amikacin. These tasks included the development of TDM protocols and clinical consultation activities related to using MIPD software (SmartDoseAI), data management and analysis.✓ I also supervise undergraduate and support postgraduate pharmacy students, in systematic review, data analysis, and accomplishment report for thesis.

• As a pharmacovigilance assistant after graduation (September 2022 – Present):✓ Prepare responses to inquiries of healthcare professionals based on research in the literature, guidelines, and legit information sources in Vietnam.✓ Translate and review information related to medication safety from Regulatory Authorities for posting on the national website (http://canhgiacduoc.org.vn/)✓ Classify the severity of the ADR, causality assessment and provide detailed responses to healthcare facilities about safety information of drugs causing mortality in patients.

• As a collaborator when I was a student (September 2020 – July 2022): ✓ ADR data entry into the national pharmacovigilance database by Microsoft Access✓ Causality assessment of single case safety reports using WHO-UMC classification✓ Support for activities related to the collection of PK data (blood samples) and antibiotic dosing adjustment (vancomycin & amikacin) in critically ill patients (with/without CRRT) at Bach Mai Hospital✓ Conduct clinical research related to TDM & dose adjustments (graduation thesis)
