My name is Amanda Sitareh B. I am looking for full-time work for either as astoryboard artist, animator, concept artist, or supervisor/director for art orstoryboard pipeline. I have been Director and Episode Director at Powerhouse studios for 6 of my 7years of employment there. I have extensive knowledge of internal and overseaprocesses and pipeline for several animated series, start to finish. I havecontributed to the initial concept and development for character and setting,layout/keyframes for animation and storyboard internal review/revision withartists with director/producer review after. Had a part in reviewing and givingnotes to animatic timing and important cues to ensure that overseas or internalteam have the correct vision for the final output. The same with post-productionwhen it comes to reviewing animation, tweaking or fixing frames given byinternal or overseas teams or doing animation from scratch. Plenty of notes onpacing, visual render, and appeal of final product before sending off. I'mconfident in my experience in the pipelines for toon boon storyboard pro andtoon boom harmony as well as blender and clip studio for illustration,background, and animation. I have also been a part of voice recording sessionsand given notes/review during the process with talent. These were forproductions of Castlevania, Castlevania Nocturne, Skull Island, and otherproductions within the studio. I find a lot of inspiration in works present to the the early 80’s of animation andfilm. Just to name a handful, I often take inspiration from Magnetic Rose (1995)by Koji Morimoto, Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust (2000) by Yoshiaki Kawajiri, andPaprika (2006) by Satoshi Kon. In school, I often referenced —even though I wasstudying 2D Animation and Film— to games such as ICO (2001), Shadow of theColossus (2005), Demon’s Souls (2009), Dark Souls (2011), Bloodborne (2015)and the Final Fantasy, Shin Megami Tensei, Vanillaware Franchises (just to namea few). I am heavily inspired by the works of Amano Yoshitaka, Ayami Kojima,Yogi Shinkawa, Yamane Yoshitake for their works ranging from pop, fantasy, andgrunge-like imagery that provoke a bit of an otherworldly quality from what Igenerally see in those genres. I am confident in creating tories with the genre ofaction, horror, drama, and romance. I hope to be considered for your team!
