•Organize and prepare the validation of new machines (all MQ phases)•Prepare the process documentation (PFD, PFMEA, CP, SC, EOP) for new equipment or new product•Support manufacturing plant PPAP•Run design reviews with suppliers and make sure that the proposed technical solution is aligned with the capacity, capabilities, error proofing, ergonomics and H&S requirements•Define technical solutions for new process, launch production•Train production people in order to transfer and ensure good knowledge of equipment’s•Develop and maintain Process Know-how Lessons Learned database for process robustness•Maintain contact with suppliers to increase the efficiency of equipment•Offer technical support after the start of production, improve manufacturing processes

•Support PPAP processes in collaboration with ME 02;•Participate in the preparation of studies MQ1 and MQ2;•Develop and update Pareto charts and action plans;•Proposal for improvements in the CI team (Continuous Improvement) to reduce costs / losses and risks;•Use PFMEA in order to maintain all process at minimum risk level;•Active participation in the multidisciplinary team that is recruited to solve the problems of quality and capacity (5WHY, Shainin).•Train production engineers to use process documentation from stations•Provide support for preparation of studies for Machine Qualification

•Supervise production process to achieve CT and production plan.•Collaborate with maintenance team to identify and repair defects on machines.•Collaboration with quality team to improve quality and cleanliness requirements for products.•Training for operators and setters.•Monitoring process parameters (QCI, KPC).•Participation with ME team to make process documentation (PCP; EOP;SC). •Active participation at 5S, Kaizen events.
