CuddyQS, founded in 2008, is a medium sized Chartered Quantity Surveying practice based in Limerick with an ever-increasing national profile. The practice consists of three Senior QS Managers / Directors with five chartered surveyors and two support staff. We provide strong independent Cost Management and Project Cost Engineering advice into all sectors but with a strong emphasis on the Industrial, Manufacturing, Office and Commercial sectors.Our mission is to provide our clients with strongly accurate, concise and clear cost management advice throughout the complete life cycle of a project and to work with all stakeholders in a fair and reasonable manner to deliver the project goals.Our strengths, we feel, come from quickly understanding the clients brief and using same to set the cost and project parameters at as early a stage as possible. This allows the team then to develop all aspects of design and usability with accurate cost information available. The team, with the most up to date technology, will identify any possible risk to cost certainty at as early a stage as possible and solve any problems with the project team.
