Prediction of damage state and compression strength after impact (CSAI) using Peridynamics.Ballistic limit predictions for composite tape, fabric and hybrid panels using Peridynamics. Part of NASA Advanced Composites Consortium High Energy Dynamic Impact Project.Development of analysis methods and tools for composite bolted joints. Analysis of composite bolted joints under general loading conditions, applicable to all commercial airplanes with composite structures.Development and implementation of composite material allowables test plans.Development and implementation of training materials for the analysis of composite bolted joints.

Study of crack propagation in TiAl alloys observed under a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and analyzed with Computer Aided Speckle Interferometry (CASI). Study of damage propagation on nylon woven fabrics using CASI.
