Michael is a Director in Levi Strauss & Co.'s Human Resources organization responsible for the management of Workday HCM/Total Rewards and People Analytics for employees in 46 countries. Prior to Levi Strauss he worked over 15 years experience leading large organizations through complex business transformations, enabled through leading technology solutions. The last 10 years were focused on delivering and managing Workday Human Capital Management projects. He is a proven leader in delivering strategic projects requiring partnering with multi-disciplinary teams, including HR Center of Excellence teams, HR Business Partner leaders, IT, Corporate Communications, and HR Operations teams. He has worked in environments where Workday was a fully integrated HCM solution and where it serves as a hub to multiple best of breed niche solutions. While in consulting Michael lead the design and implementation Workday's Core HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Payroll Interface, and Security. He has leveraged Workday's dashboards, composite and matrix reporting, Discovery Boards, and PowerBI and Tableau to build the People Analytics team at Levi's. He also has in depth experience with integration design, reporting, and calculated fields. He has worked with several start-up companies where he successfully managed the deployment of e-commerce, supply chain, order fulfillment, and financial software at numerous Fortune 500 companies.
