  1. Campaign Planning: To increase the conversion of potential creators, planned the "Bilibili Hashtag Creation Challenge". At the early stage, proposed the main creative ideas for the campaign, designed the campaign plan (incentive mechanism, rhythm of the event), and pushed a 25-person team to coordinate resources. During the mid-stage, prepared the campaign materials (event page, online promotion spots), and during the late stage, produced Facebook and other social media advertising copy on the day the campaign went live, and finally carried out a data review of the event. Ultimately, successfully attracted 200+ creators to produce 250+ videos2. Talent Operation: Operated 30+ high-quality creators on the site, responsible for jointly creating 50+ workshop courses with the content platform, tracking their growth throughout the process, and conducting regular data review meetings. The retention rate of creators reached 90%3. Social Media Communication: Planned the online pre-event campaign "Comic Con Feast" for the largest Comic Con in Malaysia, wrote the campaign communication copy, and pre-promoted it through 3,400+ loyal fan communities. Produced and executed social media amplification creative plans (winning prizes by taking photos with the mascot on social media, giving away Comic Con tickets by forwarding submissions).
