1.Project overall management - Responsible for Nokia mobile phone accessories businesitors. - Project overall management from kick-off meeting with customer to initial design drafting and sampling phase. - Cost and schedule control- Reach annual sales target(e.g.22million in 2006 and 28million in 2007)2.Supply chain overall management- Lead S&OP meeting;- Based on production plans and rolling forecasts, develop and implement purchasing and logistics plans;- Work closely with related departments to keep track of and monitor purchasing and logistics schedule and deliveries; - Control the processes of materials deliveries, both locally and globally, to ensure success implementation of the production plans;- Keep high service level to support sales team business achieve full year target. PFR 99.5%- Set up proper inventory level base on different PO lead time to match diversified customer requirement and keep effective inventory monitor process.- FG sourcing from local and overseas supplier, closely to work with commercial & mass production team to support new product launch in very strict time.- Support sourcing team for new supplier selection; - Work with IS team to improve ERP system to ensure team work efficiency- Support demand planning for global projects;- Quraterly price review with suppliers; - Payment following up and tracking; - Get 3.8million liability payment back from Nokia in 2007. - New stuff training for the department;
