I've touched countless lives with 20+ years of dedicated journey as an OB-GYN physician, MIGS surgeon in OUS, and an OB-GYN resident in the United States. The enduring gratitude expressed by my patients through heartfelt "Thank you letters", "Gratitude Banners", and shared photos of loved ones whose lives I've saved, motivates me to pursue lifelong personal and professional excellence.Being through the difficulties of my patients shaped my career and life.1) Witnessing the first sudden fetal death (SFD) from ICP, I initiated a groundbreaking clinical trial and established the nation's first ICP D&T Center, reducing SFD from ICP from 2-11% to 0.2) Grieving the loss of a 12-yo girl to ovarian cancer, I dedicated myself to a Ph.D. project focused on Immunotherapy for ovarian cancer. Our efforts secured substantial national and international funding to expand the clinical trials, publication of our groundbreaking findings in Molecular Cancer (IF 41.4), and invitations to present at 30+ international conferences.3) Driven by women's desire to extend urgent contraception, I led clinical trials whole lifecycle to address this worldwide concern. Our findings were published in Human Reproduction and recognized as the chief editor's annual highlights in 2015, facilitating $9.0 million in funding from the National Twelfth-Five Plan. Most importantly, it turned a contraindication into a routine home treatment, meeting women's needs.Teaching is my passion. I led an "early clinical and research training" project of 13 MBBS student members. We made a historic success by publishing 50+ articles and completing 10+ projects, with one receiving the first prize at the National Medical Students Research Competition and all members pre-admitting to top national or international medical programs.I also serve as an editorial board member and reviewer for 8 top international medical journals, maintaining the impact of journals and contributing to the publication of over 100 manuscripts.Beyond medicine, I'm a founder and board member of a fast-growing familial business, where I've honed valuable business acumen and marketing expertise.Driven by my calling to advance patient care and leverage my broad expertise, I am now seeking a bigger mission in medical affairs.
