After 5 years in the Irish military and a 6 month deployment to Syria with the United Nations, I have moved from highly pressurised, goal driven environments to teaching English to exam candidates from entry level to higher level in school, privately and online. I am co owner of Bee Fuerte Yoga Sevilla. I teach yoga and meditation to all ages and have had the pleasure to help many people to achieve spiritual, mental and physical well-being.
