I am a qualified Structural Technologist with 5 years’ experience. I provide the structural designs, modelling, technical drawings and reinforcing scheduling to meet the unique requirements of our wide spectrum of clients within Southern Africa. I have worked on various structures, with the primary responsibility for the design and analysis. This includes the renovation of various buildings as well as alterations of existing buildings due to change of use. I am conversant and competent in the use of standard design codes for structural brickwork, timber, structural steelwork and reinforced concrete. I maintain excellent interpersonal relationships and teamwork. My duties involve: Drawing of technical documents, and project drawings or schedules. Develop and model specific structural projects. Maintain good relations with clients by communicating throughout the project. Adhere and uphold safe building standards and per design codes. Site inspections and visits. Quality control during construction progress.
