I started out as a lead operator for AHWS in august making sure the newer and younger operators were trained properly to Allieds FOM. I recently accepted the offer of the Service Quality Coordinator in which I visit locations on a daily basis to watch and see how the lead operators are running the crews. Was responsible for daily operations on the ground for which pump down we were on at the time. Made sure tool strings were built and put together the proper way. And that they were metered to insure that they're were no leaks or shorts in the tool string. Made sure baker #10 and #20 setting tools were broken down cleaned up and redressed after every run. I ran the crane on every job site that required a 55 ton crane to where we could pick up our 10k lubricators and wireline bop's.
