Built a service center from the ground up and now currently manage it and other Texas locations. We have 8 employees in a 10 bay shop and are growing. Service and repair Airport GSE equipment including electric vehicles, Tugs, belt loaders, etc. We also service and repair medium duty trucks that are used at the DFW airport.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Supervised 30 technicians at a very busy Tesla service center. Besides day to day operations, my duties included recruiting,interviewing, hiring, training and mentoring technicians. Some of my responsibilities included being in charge of site safety and ordering shop supplies. I would also create daily productivity reports. Based on those reports, I would make adjustments and collaborate with staff to improve productivity with process improvement. I was also a master Tesla service technician. I would frequently be called upon to solve difficult technical or customer service issues that may arise.

Palmdale, Ca.

I Performed technical support and project management for vehicle barrier and access control construction. Most of this work was done onsite at government facilities. Places like FBI buildings, Nuclear power plants, Naval submarine bases and Air Force bases. I also worked with lead engineers on research and development projects. During those projects, part of my job was to make the units easy to service and to try to use parts that are readily available for ease of service and cost down.

Owned and operated a performance automotive repair shop. I started this shop from the ground up. I was self taught in welding and machine techniques to set me and my company apart from other auto repair shops in the area., I also taught myself marketing, accounting, and management. I learned how to work with real estate and city planning because I had to move my shop 3 times due to growth.What I am most proud of is that i took a group of guys that worked for me, with no experience and taught them skills that has made them successful to this day.
