Attends stand up and sync up meetings relating to functionality of the MOSAIC and myWIC mobile applications.• Assists and oversees content creation for instructional materials.• Produces video content as it relates to instructional walkthroughs.• Edits content to ensure accurate steps and descriptions.• Regularly contributes functional knowledge internally, to ensure other team members understand MOSAIC and WIC specific processes.• Assist with maintaining support portal KB articles - creating new and updating current articles.• Contributes to the creation of materials for end users with the objective of ensuring materials are comprehensible to most users.• Facilitates/delivers webinar sessions, demoing topic related functionality.• Facilitates/delivers remote training sessions for end users and service desk staff.• Facilitates/delivers onsite training sessions for end users and service desk staff as needed.• Maintains a key eye for detail and accuracy when creating or editing content for training material, release notes, and marketing materials.• Documents, tracks, and updates work tasks/milestones - helps keep team on schedule to meet deadline/deliverable dates.

Doing preliminary patient testing for the doctor, taking patient data, entering patient data into electronic health records, prepping rooms for patient exams, verify patient insurances, answer phones, reviewed patient policy forms with patients, and filed patient charts.
