I have always been around the financial scene of the world, as my father owns his own financial advisory business. I, someday, would like to follow in the footsteps of my father, and become a part of the greater financial world. Through my past work environments, I have picked up some very essential skills and attributes. Throughout my journey with the Germantown High School Men’s Volleyball program, I have been able to plan and provide analytical data for the head coach. From stat tracking to making daily camp plans for the campers, I was able to dive deep into the analytics behind how players were performing. When working at Basse’s Taste of Country and TJmaxx, I had to solve problems with customers on a daily basis. Throughout these jobs, I had to work numerously with teams in planning for big events, such as opening day for our new TJmaxx store, and big events such as pumpkin picking for Basse’s Taste of Country. We had to make sure each individual knew who they were working with, and what the ultimate goal of the day was. When it comes to problem solving and being a quick learner, the Marian Men’s Volleyball program has helped me establish these characteristics. Taking on new positions and roles within the program allowed me to be versatile, yet be reliable to perform the job well without error. This would create an effective working environment that people could contribute to on a daily basis.
