Cullen joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 1993 after graduating from Towson University in Maryland with a bachelor's degree in Finance. He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) and Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designations and is a member of the Investments & Wealth Institute. Today he combines all of his professional experience and acumen to assist entrepreneurs, not-for-profit, Endowment and Foundation clients achieve their goals and missions.A long-time resident of Annapolis, Cullen has deep roots in the community.
