Her determination taught me the importance of standing up for what is right and has deeply influenced my commitment to justice and integrity in everything I do.As a leader, my primary goal is to create joyful, connected, and thriving communities. This means addressing challenges and creating opportunity in a way that centers the lived and learned experiences of any community I serve. As such, my approach to problem-solving is rooted in curiosity and empathy.
