Culsin has over 25 years of experience in mega events & exhibitions, and marketing for multiple industries. Culsin runs Baobab Tree Event Management Co., Ltd. (BTE) in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing, a leading agency in providing top quality consultation and management services for large scale events and tradeshows in the Greater China region, which she founded in 2011. Since its establishment, BTE has helped successfully organising a number of world’s leading industry trade fairs and mega events, including: International Electronics Circuit Exhibition by HKPCA – the largest PCB & EA exhibition in the world; InfoComm China – Asia’s No. 1 and most influential Pro-AV Communications exhibition; Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival – Asia’s largest outdoor wine & food event; and Hong Kong International Chinese New Year Night Parade, Hong Kong ’s most attended public spectator event. BTE is also the organizer of Vegetarian Food Asia, which is Asia’s foremost health and green living trade show dedicated to veggie community. Being an industry forerunner, Culsin also launched BUSINESS GOVirtual Expo & Conference – the first Tech exhibition in Greater Bay Area dedicated to the ever-growing virtual economy and the “Taste of Veg” vegetarian & healthy lifestyle information & eCommerce platform in 2019, even amid the challenging times of the pandemic.Prior to founding BTE, Culsin was the General Manager of the e21 MagicMedia Hong Kong and Southern China operation. She also held key project management role at IDG World Expo Asia Ltd., an International Data Group subsidiary, and PR position at Swank Shop, a leading high fashion retailer group. Culsin has been an Executive Committee member of the Hong Kong Exhibition & Convention Industry Association, an industry body dedicated to the betterment of the exhibition & convention sector and to promote Hong Kong as the C&E capital of Asia, since 2015. She is also a Founding Member of Guangdong E&M Industry Association, and a Director of the China Chamber of International Commerce Guangzhou Chamber of Commerce.
