Leadership is not a title, it's a verb.Product Management is a leadership position, but many times without the title. That's one of the reasons I love what I do. Getting to inspire a team to be advocates for our client's needs and come up with creative solutions as a team. When we come together to put the customer at the center of everything we do... that is my North star.I've been curious all my life. From questioning why someone would choose a specific booth at an empty restaurant to wondering if, at a certain speed, a baseball could catch on fire because of friction. By the time I was 8 years old I was beginning my PM journey. Combining this with my training in rigorous logic and mathematical proofs in college is what gave me the tools to not only question, but analyze and solve.My strengths include being a learner, loving a good challenge and showing people that I care about them and their needs. This has helped me succeed where others maybe have struggled; Culture is a passion of mine and this is how I contribute to it. More objectively, user-testing, design-thinking and problem-solving are skills I have acquired but continue to refine. I am proficient with Confluence and Jira and seasoned with Microsoft Office and Adobe products. I can also confidently come up with a product vision, prioritize projects based on value, effort and alignment and come up with an inspiring roadmap.
