Developed comprehensive 8 week long professional development program for pledge class of 30 college aged students to enhance their interview skills, resumes, presentation skills, etc. Selected and lead a committee of 5 members and worked cross functionally across different teams within the fraternity.

I worked to design appealing social media campaigns to engage and inform the 8000 members of Colorado DECA.
