Accelerate the development of the Pinkbox Doughnuts freestanding and non-traditional prototypes. Operational improvements include redesigning the Doughnut Display Case to reduce waste (estimated $250K savings in 2023) and a multi-purpose through-wall shelving unit for better visibility of fresh doughnuts and ease of access for team members. Direct design for new and remodel development opportunities in Las Vegas.

This role primarily focuses on the development of new concepts for Buffalo Wild Wings. Starting with the new Sports Bar environment in 2018, working on value engineering and creating smaller sized formats. Formed a new International concept based on a ‘flavor’ experience in 2020. Created a new brand-within-a-brand with the Buffalo Wild Wings' GO (takeout and delivery) concept in 2021. Also includes its refinement and an accelerated development program for company and franchise unit growth. Currently working on an enhanced Customer Experience in tandem with an improved service model. Responsible for store openings and remodels to meet the Annual Plan and opening weeks.

Oversee the creation and development of all concepts and store design elements. Established guidelines, educate all internal / external partners and ensure all assets meet the standard. Krispy Kreme wanted new modernized store design. Formulated “Just in Time” plan for design, furniture / materials selection, and construction for pilot store. Turned rough concept sketch into detailed operating space in the 150-day deadline. Applied the new concept domestically and internationally.

Served as Client Manager for BB&T, the Bank of North Carolina, and Krispy Kreme. Took projects from due diligence through construction turnover. Instrumental in helping the firm triple in size. Controlled $100K budget for construction valued at $2M. Headed group of eight.Overcame multiple project completion challenges. Lambert client BB&T faced obstacles in opening additional locations to meet fiscal year goals. Used MS Project. Secured needed permits including utilizing expediting services. Coordinated with contractors, ensuring no time was lost in meeting each 90-day construction start date.Achieved unique results at minimal cost. Created a one-of-a-kind visual statement on a challenging triangular site for the Bank of North Carolina. Maintained cost per square foot within Lambert client’s goals. Repeated this successful execution on a second triangular site with significant grade changes across the site.

Served as Studio Leader for this full-service architecture and engineering firm’s work ranging from small shopping centers to major power centers. Coordinated work with all major disciplines. Managed $300K budget for projects valued at $25M. Led team of four.Removed roadblocks and built team. 100-acre shopping center by large Atlanta developer included a construction team that on its previous project was part of a failed Owner-Consultant-Contractor partnership. Within the first month, proactively and positively addressed drawing discrepancies, steel erection issues and owner program changes. With developed team chemistry, enabled project to open on time and on budget.Prior: Intern, Wilson & Associates. Assembled architectural documentation for Rio Bravo and Hooters restaurants. Completed due diligence studies for Starbucks.
