Manage rights and licensing for a global museum audio tour production company. Work directly with rights holders, publishers, and labels to license music, images, and other media for multimedia and audio tours.

Manage a team of developers, programmers, and designers in creating applications of existing gaming IPs. This role involved employing project management methodologies to meet both client and consumer expectations. I also lead the design through creative input and mockup creation. Our first Application, For the Win, has released to the App Store. It has been ranked 75 of all games as well as 129 overall.

Managed post-production on a feature length documentary under Emmy Award winner, Gayle Kirschenbaum. Also conducted research and development on several programs for major networks including PBS, Discovery and TLC. Projects covered various subject matter from cooking programs, to occult crime shows to lifestyle case-studies for the real-life vampire community. Assisted the producer in securing funding, writing proposals, creating shoot schedules, technical trouble shooting, shooting video, and conducting interviews with personalities.

• Scheduled and tracked all programs and deliverables from production to air for the largest PBS station in the state of Utah, as well as two other incorporated stations. Managed and scheduled editors. Revolutionized the network’s scheduling techniques and organization processes by incorporating and utilizing Base Camp software. Established patterns used by future student coordinators at BYU Broadcasting. Worked with independent producers to help them deliver content to the station. BYU Broadcasting is Utah’s main source for Mountain West Conference sports, syndicated television programs (i.e Bonanza, Hogan’s Heroes, Donny and Marie), community awareness initiatives, and local arts events and the world’s main resource for programming for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and BYU sports. With my help and organizational skills, the post-production department’s productivity significantly increased, allowing the network more time for developments in original programming, which have revolutionized the network.

Us

Responsible for organizing and coordinating department meetings for historical fiction feature scheduled for release on Netflix in 2011. Worked with ten departments to coordinate all activities and schedules.

Managed entire production from start to finish. Recruited crew to fill key crew positions. Functioned as the UPM; managed budget and tracked spending. Organized and ran production meetings. The film won the South Bay Film Festival in 2010.
