I am currently providing research guidance and co-authoring a National Institute of Health funded research project for a long term study of patient outcomes utilizing the Rehabilitation Outcomes Measure (ROM). I have partnered with the research team at Aegis Therapies to leverage their robust data warehouse reporting and diverse patient population coupled with my experience in the design of the ROM and big data analysis of multi-disciplinary outcomes to further validate this widely used outcomes measurement tool. I excelled at creating long-term strategic partnerships for Integra through valued customers, vendor engagements and industry relationships. I successfully doubled the available pharmacy marketplace to over 3,000 locations through the development and negotiations of international software reseller programs.My strong operational management and sales leadership skills resulted in expanded responsibilities for direct oversight of business development and management of international sales (Australia, New Zealand and Canada) for all Integra software products. Exceptional communication skills facilitated my successful contract negotiations with executive level members of third-party vendors and pharmacy customers.

I provided executive leadership and project management for the creation of a new pharmacy information software project for the Long-Term Care pharmacy market. My software product leadership included direct financial and operational management of this multi-million dollar development project. My responsibilities included talent recruitment, project management and leadership of development, quality assurance and product management personnel.As EVP and GM, I led the daily operations and strategic planning for the design, development, testing and implementation of this large complex pharmacy management system called Nextra. My strong project management and communication abilities resulted in my promotion to Product Director / Product Owner for the Cypress Rehabilitation Management software system, overseeing a 20 person software team. I was responsible for: • Leading the distributed product team for successful daily operations • Providing clinical and financial expertise to the product management, development, quality assurance, sales, training and implementation departments • Ensuring regulatory compliance and cohesive feature design • Providing all product demonstrations for the sales team and actively assisting in subsequent contract negotiationsI was frequently invited to provide industry presentations for several national healthcare associations. I consider myself fortunate to have worked with this talented team of software professionals to build this product from the ground up to a successful, mature system with $2.8 million in annual recurring revenue that was used by over 60,000 therapists across the United States.

I provided direct management of on-site and off-site product managers in the design of Cypress, a nationally recognized rehabilitation management software application. I provided subject matter expertise in rehabilitation management and clinical/financial regulatory requirements. In addition, I successfully navigated the project with a diverse team of professionals to unify the project team with senior management and investor vision.I managed the critical relationships and negotiated the project management and delivery of custom software features with Cypress corporate customer accounts. My successfully designed training materials were used in both written and video format and I directed the management of new product implementations and provided direct product training to over 3,400 skilled nursing facilities nationwide.In addition, I provided the successful leadership of the company's nationwide Cypress software sales and marketing efforts with consistent annual revenue growth, successfully negotiating several multi-million dollar contracts and repeatedly exceeding annual sales goals. I developed innovative sales programs to build upon sales success and continued to provide product management guidance for feature enhancement and regulatory requirements.

Through my strength in operational management, I successfully led a regional team of 47 Speech Pathologists across 23 contracted facilities in Western Washington. My responsibilities included ensuring appropriate staffing, clinical and professional decorum and account management with facility senior management teams. I directed regional human resource needs and was instrumental in marketing contract services to prospective facilities and clinics. I also developed new employee training programs for human resources and clinical procedures due to rapid growth of contract rehabilitation services. I then provided direct training to over 300 new employees (Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists).I was also responsible for the development and marketing of outpatient therapy services at all affiliated regional facilities. The addition of this program was instrumental in expanding the annual revenue for the Seattle region and providing rehabilitation services to an additional 6,000 patients per year.

Looking to expanding my skills as a healthcare professional and relocate to the beautiful Pacific Northwest, I joined the team of Speech-Language Pathologists at St. Joseph Hospital. I led the outpatient speech department to expand services through innovative treatment programs and delivered a 30% increase in billable service.
