Mark has worked with CST since graduation from UNSW and has worked in many positions in our company, giving him a depth and breadth of experience in our products and technology, as well as of a variety of weighing applications in the bulk handling industries. He has comprehensive experience in the hands on installation, commissioning, calibration, trouble shooting and maintenance of belt weighing systems.Control Systems Technology was incorporated in 1984. The company’s core business is the manufacture and servicing of in-motion weighing equipment for the mining and bulk handling industries. Over 70 staff members work to support customers over the lifetime of their weighers. With continual R&D we aim to be the world leaders in weighing technology and accuracy. This has seen the introduction of many product features, such as a fail safe weigher healthy output for remote monitoring, user programmable analogue and digital IO, Zero tracking with intelligent checks, whole belt imaging, alarm and event logs, remote dial in to the equipment, dual redundant electronics sets and tachometers, which are now industry standards. Two recent developments, the Cargo Superintendent Scale and associated laser system, MAVIS, are a world first in high accuracy in-motion weighing for shiploading facilities.CST has established market leadership, with a particular focus on high accuracy requirement applications and we also provide long term service and troubleshooting support, onsite training, site audits and logging and tracking of all service and maintenance adjustments historically, and reports on same. Remote monitoring of weighers is also available.We service Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe, America and are used in the mining, shiploading, power station, and food industries.The CST belt scale or weigher is the standard in belt scales for many of the world's largest mining companies. CST has international Trade Use Certifications in Canada, USA, Australia and Europe.
