-Ensure the development and implementation of financial management strategy-Take overall control of the company’s accounting function-Lead and develop Finance team-Develop, implement and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting, employee relations (hiring/terminating policies) and other corporate policies.-Working as a business to ensure that financial and business targets are met. -Leading the company’s tax planning and management process, coordination with tax & financial auditors-Take ultimate responsibility for the company cash management policies and cash flow optimization.-Making the monthly financial reporting and balance sheet analysis.-Manages financial and physical resources.-Making the effective cost control mechanism for purchasing processes.-To evaluate the short and long-term planning in accordance with company performance-Responsible for all corporate and human resource activities including employee benefits, corporate insurance and related activities. -Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.-Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met.

-In charge of accounting, controlling, taxes, finance, administration, credit & collection.-Coordinates and directs the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institutes and maintains other planning and control procedures, including the cost accounting system, and analyzes and reports variances.-Correct and timing execution of Group and statutory financial reporting.-Analyzing the sales performances, proposing and implementing necessary actions to develop and improve the business. -Ensuring control and compliance with local laws, Group and Sector standards and policies. -Maintains the company's system of accounts and keeps books and records on all company transactions and assets.-Be responsible for tax planning and compliance with all local and regional corporate procedures and policies.-Be responsible for securing company receivables hence credit risk management.-Act as a primary contact for all legal requirements and procedures.-Take on special projects as necessary.

-Preparing and submitting monthly group reports and IFRS financial statements, disclosures to head office in Athens.-Quarterly preparation of year end estimations and annual business plan.-Monthly following up of estimation vs. actual, and budget vs. actual. Inquire information in case of any deviations and inform relevant department to control their costs in order to keep actual figures in line with what was estimated and budgeted.-Performing profitability and productivity analysis.-Performing inventory and cost controls.-Controlling of Operational Cash Flow to determine loan need.-Preparing and submitting monthly executive summaries to BoD in Athens.-Performing lean and 5S audits twice a month.-Managing IFRS audit process of Price Waterhouse Coopers.-Managing internal audit process of Frigoglass Group.

-To lead and complete various audit assignments in Turkey. -To draft reasonably complete and well presented financial statements and disclosures according to related standards. -To provide advice to clients on accounting alternatives and complex disclosures.

-To conduct company’s relations with banks and export & import operations. -To help and improve company’s relationship with foreign customers.-To perform quarterly reporting of company’s cash flow to the CEO.

To help clients about special orders they placed & manage the store when manager was not available.
