The duties in my responsibility as a Family Buyer :- Plastic Parts, Fasteners, Springs, Chemical Materials (Grease, Lubricants, etc.), Glasses, Labels,Packaging, the analysis and calculating the unit prices of the plastic injection parts.- Outsource facilities : By the year of 2011, accomplishment of the outsource activities of plasticinjection parts that were produced for serial and new projects. In this context , 102 plastic injectionmolds were sent to just only one new supplier.In addition the supplying of these parts,andcalculating the unit prices by analysing the plastic injection parts were held by me in one and a half yeartime.The projects in my responsibility as a Project Buyer :- Head Lamps : Ford V362 HL, Ford V363 HL- Rear Lamps : Fiat Panda 139 RL, Fiat Punto 199 RL, Fiat Ducato X250 FL RL- Fog Lamps : Mercedes BR176 FOGL, Mercedes R172 FOGL, Peugeot B81 FOGL- Nominating the new part suppliers and nominating the suppliers of the molds to be used in theproduction of new parts and submitting for approvals of sourcing committee.
