Responsible for all day to day operations of the entire portfolio including asset management, property management, leasing, construction, development, and related real estate activities. Reported directly to the CEO and Board. 15 direct report employees, and ultimately responsible for 75 total employees. Voting Member of Investment Committee that reshaped portfolio via acquisitions in high barrier markets (Boston, NY, San Fran, DC) totaling approximately $2 billion, and sales in low barrier markets (NJ, Atlanta, Midwest) also totaling approximately $2 billion.

Created an asset management company joint venture with partners of Apollo Real Estate Advisors. At its peak Parthenon asset managed over 10 million square feet of office space in 150 buildings across the southeastern United States and Texas valued at over $1 billion. The company had 10 offices in six states and employed 125 people. Parthenon was also a promote partner in many of these assets.

Sold to Highwoods Properties in 1996.• 1996 to 2000 Crocker Realty Trust, a private REIT with financial partners Morgan Stanley, Fidelity Investment, and Apollo Real Estate Advisors grown from nothing to 7 million square feet. • 2000 to 2002 Koger Equity, a public REIT with 20 million square feet located in the southeastern United States, and Texas.
