Position active during the Fall and Spring semesters.Assist clients with software issues regarding programs, drivers, operating systems, and more. Help with equipment checkout and using a digital ticketing system for tracking issues/repairs. 3D printing services and in-dorm networking support is also offered for clients.

Job during short breaks from university. Responsibilities include assisting customers at the desk, in-store, and at checkout, as well as upkeeping front-end supplies. Did graphic flyer design and assisted in organizing an outdoors Halloween event. Briefly ran stock in dairy when requested.

Intern and the Level 1 support at MyGeek Technologies (MSP) during the Summer. Assisted in deploying and troubleshooting client machines and server equipment, running network cables, offered helpdesk support, hardware repairs on laptops, and other work as requested.

Helping manage an online community for Lyte, I was the primary administrator reporting to the social media manager. Organized events and led/interviewed the moderation team. Voluntarily assisted community members with common technical issues. Ended 11/9/2023 upon Lyte closing doors.
