Supplier quality control and procurement

1. Development new parts and project (Die Casting ,Steel, Screw , Metal….) Washing Machine and Vacuum Cleaner.
- Receive information marketing team and build timeline project development.
- Compare new and base model define changing point, make changing list and define checking point.
- Tracking progress develop parts (DV, PP , Pre-MP,MP)
- Co-work DQA and SQA & Mold team to define checking point and test plan for part in development stage (quantity, test item, Mold modify or ECO (*) change Drawing)
- Supplier survey & selection base on capacity analyze, process, cost competitive & quality …
- Manage supplier: yield rate, improvement action and capacity (mold, machine, operation rate...)
- Detail checking FPA (First Part Approval) . Control part supply event via PSI (****) , quality issue follow up, issue and countermeasure report review .
- Issue solving . Report making for leader & coaching for new comer .
2. 4M change, ECO change management
- Management supplier 4M change (Man, Machine, Method, Material). summarize and meeting with QA and RD for do 4M change process.
- ECO change management: ECO change control, compare changing point, make schedule ECO processing, check inventory stock and apply
- Weekly report 4M and ECO management.
3. Cost management
- Cost management base on analyzing, leveling cost factors: Material trend , labor, line tack time, cycle time, UPH, efficiency, transportation , parking .
- Innovation ideal for VI(**) action to reduce price.
4. Suppler control
- Supplier data base, supplier capacity, operation rate.
- PLI (Process Loss Improvement) for improve supplier UPH (***)
- TQRDCM audit (Technology, Quality, Responsibility, Delivery, Cost, Management)
- Patrol supplier to enhance quality and efficiency
