• Receiving forcast from sale of customer and make plan to orepare resource in normal month and peak season• Ensuring get KPIs of customers: - Safety: Loss time injury (LTI); Medical treatment injury (MTI); incident report- DIFOT: Delivery on time, in full with target (Secondary & Primary) - POD return- Process comliance- Continute improvement in: opearation, cost, service, quality- Customer sastisfaction Assessment• Recruiting, coaching and managing 10 staffs • Apprasal assessment staff end of year • Building work instruction for staff • Management fleet: 74 owner trucks + 79 drivers + 7 deliverymans• Management Vendor: 15 Vendors in HCMC to ensure them comply regulation: SSHE, opearation smoothly.• Analysis and report end of month: P/L fleet, P/L of every customer• Attending meeting with external customers monthly about issue log and make corrective action and preventive action.• Attending meeting with other department in the company
