• Responsible for the firm’s User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) platforms such as Aruba Introspect and Gurucul Risk Analyticso Enabled RBAC policy and integrated active directory as an authentication source.o Worked with SIEM\Splunk team to gather sample logs for analyst, to prove UEBA platforms’ value.o Troubleshoot issues and created knowledge based on how to resolve certain issues that arises regularly within UEBA platforms.• Responsible for the firm’s document and application virus scanning software (Symantec Protection Engine/ProxyAV)• Work with stakeholders to identify requirements, that would provide additional visibility and increase the security posture of the firm.• Provide technology reviews, health checks, and road mapping to leadership, so that leadership has a better understanding of our offerings.• Assist Operational Staff in troubleshooting issues that are outside of their expertise. • Create Operational Manuals\Documentation for Operational Staff Member.• Mentor and Train Operational Staff Members on various platforms.• Work with cross-functional teams to onboard additional applications or log sources to (UEBA or Anti-Virus Scanning Platform)

• Served as the technical lead on multiple systems integration projects, such as: Blue Coat Web Proxy Migrations, Skyhigh CASB deployment, McAfee ePO Re-Architecture and Upgrade, McAfee Device Control Deployment, McAfee Host and Network Data Lost Prevention Deployment.• Technical Engineering Lead of Host Base Security Systems, which include tools for different OS platforms (Windows, Linux, OSX), such as Anti-Virus (VSE\ENS), McAfee Host DLP\Device Control, Application Control, McAfee MOVE.• Provide product road mapping and ensure security gaps are addressed. • Work with cross-functional teams for the evaluation of new products/features to provide recommendations to leadership around use cases, benefits and problem areas.o Responsible for performing proof of concept evaluations, such as: (Check Point Threat Emulation, Symantec Elastica, Symantec Vontu, McAfee DLP, RestorePoint, BackBox)o Responsible for Web Proxy Vendor evaluations as well as vendor support and contract renewals. (Blue Coat ProxySG, McAfee Web Gateway)o Responsible for performing evaluation and deployment of various McAfee Endpoint Products (McAfee MOVE, HIPS, ENS, Device Control, SolidCore, and DLPe)• Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues such as application behavior andperformance, category-based blocks and SSL intercept, and endpoint security related issues.• Other areas of responsibility include but not limited to:o Provision and Onboard new policies for newly acquired project groups or companies.o Create documentation and standard operating procedure for operations, help desk, and NOC/SOC Staff.o Serve as a Senior and Mentor to junior operational staff.
