Dr. Cuong as Director of Thua Thien Hue Institute for Development Studies (HueIDS) and Director of Hue Innovation Hub, a center belong to HueIDS. Institute focus on public management, technology, innovation and strategy consultant for Thua Thien Hue province, how to make economic grow and sustainability, he also expert of Innovation Ecosystem and Digital Transformation as well. He have been working in Hue Industrial College as Rector (HueIC), Dr. Cuong has implemented many innovative and technology-based solutions to improve training programs, especially cooperation program implemented with the technology investment company training centers and technology transfer at the school, sending students to do internship in companies, factories in Vietnam and Thailand. I led the research teams of the capacity building and implementation projects for enterprise and communities. With the idea of cooperation and development, create a favorable environment for the faculty to maximize capacity and their own advantages and work together successfully, also invited many experts from universities and institutes to participate in training, research projects for Thua Thien Hue. Currently, he is participating in green development projects fucus on electric vehicles and reduce emissions, supporting green infrastructure development and some research for green economy, circular economy for Thua Thien Hue province.
