The unit reviewed, filed and disposed approximately 100 felony cases per month. The average time in the system was 60 days.Personally acted as trial prosecutor for major high-profile prosecutions including State vs. Donald Moringiello. The retired Pratt/Whitney engineer defendant was convicted of second degree murder for the killing of his wife, Fern Bergeler-Moringiello. The trial was carrried live on COURT TV.

Successfully prosecuted several high profile cases including State vs. Jessica Schwarz and State vs. John & Pauline Zile. Was nationally recognized for expertise in this very difficult area of prosecution. Taught prosecutors and police officers across the country for the National District Attorney's Asscociation.
