Design and implementation of programs and activities related to the promotion of labor rights for migrants in Brazil, monitoring of programs designed for the protection of labor activists human rights, strenghtening union action in diverse sector, new organizing strategies for union and the promotion of sustainable development with just transition for workers.Assisting the Country Program Director in preparing ongoing project reports and new project proposals, as well as compiling updated information on political and economic aspects of Brazil and the region for AFL-CIO and its affiliated organizations.

- Coordinator of “Jornada 2030” project for the promotion of SDGs within the trade union organizations. Organizer of the exhibition “UGT 10 years: 17 goals to change the world”, at the Paulista Avenue, seen by approximately 5 million people (unique views)- Conception of briefings, articles, lobby letters, advocacy meetings, street actions, publicity materials for the promotion of human rights for workers (Brazilian and migrants)- President of São Paulo State Commission on Decent Work (2016-2018);- National Coordinator of the Multiplying Decent Work - Decent Life! Project, with NGOs and Trade Unions from Austria, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Poland and Romania. Training and network of union and NGO leaders on SDGs and Decent Work- Organization's representative to the UN system, international negotiations on issues such as Climate Change (Rio + 20, UNFCCC / COP (2010-2015), Migration (World Social Forum on Migration), World Social Forum (2009-2016), International Labour Conference (2012-2017)- Representative to the America’s Trade Union Development Cooperation Network (RSCD-CSA), since 2017- Member of the sustainable development commission of the Trade Union Confederation of the Americas – CSA/TUCA

- Solid experience at the international level in Cooperation for Development, Human Rights, Sustainable Development, Climate change, Project Management and grant administration- Sound knowledge of Latin America political-economic reality related to climate change and sustainable development- Successful track as a campaigner on SDGs and Decent Work, as well as a strong lobby and advocacy record engaging people and organizations- 14 years of experience at the international level, coordinating multiple tasks and projects, leading teams of multi-cultural people with diverse backgrounds (NGOs and Trade Union leaders, activists and volunteers) to build successful partnerships to create impact at all levels

- Management of the International Cooperation Project "Dimension Sociolaboral del Mercosur", 2005-2008;- Responsible for international cooperation in labor issues, as well as the preparation, implementation and monitoring of bilateral and multilateral development cooperation projects;- Liaison with representatives of employers, workers and other public agencies for the MERCOSUR agenda.
