I am Fine artist working mainly in screen print to blur the boundaries between drawing, painting and print through figurative art that is often described as colourful, emotive and full of movement.My practice has evolved from a love of drawing figuratively. I want to celebrate the tenacity and vibrancy of the human spirit while reflecting on our vulnerability, shining a light on the illusion we have that we are in control. The movement strikes you first as dynamic figures move into the frame, combined with colours that convey energy, growth, reflection and strength. I graduated with a Fine art degree in 2005 and have since exhibited nationally and internationally, including a solo show in Derby last year.
