Pam has spent over 30 years working as a strategist, researcher, designer, facilitator, advisor, and board member for corporations and NGOs alike. In 2000, she launched Curious to serve corporate clients (Amex, Nike and MINI among them). In more recent years, Pam and her team have pivoted to working nearly exclusively on social challenges. Curious’ sweet spot is listening to and learning from communities and, from a place of deeper understanding, designing solutions that inspire (even delight) people to change their behavior. A long-time practitioner of Human Centered Design, Pam has a keen eye for insights that inspire innovation and a passion for leading diverse teams to develop radically fresh solutions to sticky challenges.
