As the Corporate Relations Officer for the Faculty of Engineering and Design, I assume a leadership role in growing and facilitating industry partnerships and collaboration opportunities, job development for students, and generating and securing financial investment in the Faculty. I provide expertise to advance the Faculty's interests by researching, identifying and engaging sources of support, and by maintaining strong communication ties with industrial partners.

Developing partnerships with industry for the purposes of supporting Carleton University's Co-op Program and other collaborative relationships.

Responsible for identifying, developing and retaining job opportunities for students and alumni while marketing students and recruitment programmingDevelop and coordinate events and activities for networking purposes such as Career Fairs, employer panels and other networking eventsWorks closely with marketing and communications professionals to design and implement marketing strategies to promote employment activitiesAdvises students in both group and individual settings about employment preparation, job search strategies and networking
