Becoming a member of the alliance is my way of showing our commitment to the growth and prosperity of regional Australia. Using my skills as an employment marketing specialist and my background in talent marketing I am working to bring the skills so desperately needed in our regions.

As the Business Director for the Australian Government contract I led a team of strategists, designers, media planners and buyers responsible for the delivery of recruitment and public notice design and advertising solutions for the Australian Government. Budgets and clients are many and varied and deadlines always tight. The challenging nature of continually supplying strategic communication solutions to the Australian Government creates an environment of fast paced learning on which I thrive.Highlights include the successful delivery of advertising for the 2016 Federal Election, the strategic planning and attraction of candidates of the highest quality for the 2016 Census recruitment through targeted advertising and creating a significant uplift in the quality of hard to fill candidates for the Australian Defence Forces through innovative attraction recommendations.
