Project management for web and digital projects, consisting of staffing, scheduling, milestone setting, client relations and final deployment for clients including Walmart, TalentDrive, Motorola, Second City, and Gran Gala. Worked on a series of projects with T-Mobile with billing in excess of $2.5 million. Collaborated with the client to set schedules and identify issues for programmers and designers. Administered a kiosk program that guided customers in choosing a handset. Worked with the client to integrate database and Flash front-end with the existing client intranet system which enabled easy update of new phone information and promotions. Lead the project to launch Kindermusik’s on-line music store. Worked with the client to set goals, then selected a team to design and execute the project. Responsible for setting schedules and deadlines, ensuring client’s needs were met and ongoing client support post-launch.Worked directly with Pitchfork Media to launch a redesigned website, develop a corporate identity and numerous advertising projects. Responsible for P&L estimations on projects totaling almost $200k. Teamed with Manifest Digital on an on-line campaign for NEC Displays. Coordinated creation of large number of Flash banner ads under tight schedule and integrating them into a DART ad serving platform to target and track ads. Carried out usability architecture, motion graphics and copywriting projects. Administrated finances, human resources, information technology and operations.
