Led the ongoing development and client support for the BancAnalyst tools resulting in some of the highest client satisfaction scores for the company. Participated in several Fiserv projects and committees related to digital marketing, sales force automation, and data analytics. Member of the senior leadership team.

Co-founded BancIntelligence.com in 2000 after a $2.5 million investment. Managed the design, development and delivery of the BancAnalyst tools, a web-based analysis platform for bank executives to examine their profit, growth and risk. More than reporting, the platform identified deficiencies, quantified opportunity, prioritized resource allocation and even recommended viable solutions.Industry recognition included: 2003 Atlanta Business Chronicle Top 50 Pacesetter; 2005 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Rising Star; 2005 and 2006 Technology Association of Georgia Top 40 Technology Innovator; 2007 Inc. 5000 Member.The company grew to over 600 financial institution clients and was successfully acquired by Fiserv in October 2007.
