As the Strategic Partner Manager for ShipCompliant by Sovos, I was responsible for establishing and growing relationships with our integrated partners. These partners are comprised of e-commerce, point-of-sale, ERP, CRM and fulfillment warehouses/carriers as well as state liquor boards that utilize ShipCompliant for their brand registration requirements. I collaborated closely with various internal and external parties to ensure ShipCompliant's current and future APIs and products are delivering best-in-class solutions and solving complex problems for the beverage alcohol community.

As a Corporate Account Executive I was responsible for managing and growing over 250 existing client accounts comprised of wineries, breweries, distilleries and cideries. I helped educate these clients on the various compliance changes in the distribution and sale of alcohol across state lines and showed them various tools in ShipCompliant that could help. Additionally, I was responsible for sourcing potential new clients of ShipCompliant that fell within my allotted territory.

The ABA Section of International Law (the Section) is the leader in the development of policy in the international arena, the promotion of the rule of law and the education of international law practitioners. The Section focuses on a full range of international legal issues and is involved in a wide variety of substantive legal activities. The Section's purposes are to promote interest, activity, and research in international law and to further its development; increase knowledge among members of the legal profession and the general public; to promote professional relationships with lawyers similarly engaged in foreign countries; and to implement Goal IV of the Association – "To advance the rule of law in the world."During my time at the ABA Section of International Law, I was responsible for all logistical aspects of the Section's International Stand-Alone Conferences (2 day events with 50-250 attendees) in multiple countries including: China, Europe, Russia, Central America and the United States. This management included drafting the necessary RFPs to find hotels in each location and assisted in contracting with hotels. I was also responsible for maintaining the budget for each of the meetings, working with section leadership to develop content, marketing the event and attending the events to ensure a positive attendee experience.

AARP’s mission is to empower people to choose how they live as they age.At AARP Driver Safety, I managed and administered a new modernization program “Volunteer Web Portal,” an online program designed for nationwide network of program volunteers. I also worked to improve customer service interface and web application between the users and the technology department through daily interaction with participants and volunteers. My day-to-day responsibilities included meeting coordination, management of program databases, drafting response letters to participants, coordinating and managing the volunteer recruitment mailings and other tasks as needed.

"America's Most Beloved Ballpark" is uniquely nestled in the city of Boston. Fenway Park is a place where dreams are made, traditions are celebrated and baseball is forever. Experienced tour guides provide a thrilling, one hour, walking tour of Fenway Park. I spent 3 amazing summers giving tours of Fenway Park to visiting tourists. These tours ranged in size from 25 people to over 100 people per tour. This job helped me develop my public speaking and interpersonal skills through story-telling and showcasing America's Most Beloved Ballpark.
