I am an IT support professional. I started in 2000 with account resets and small PC troubleshooting tasks. 20+ years later I have Help desk Lvl3 experience with multiple operating systems, 4 support desk software brands, training employees internally and externally, purchasing, receiving, hardware lifecycle and warranty ( currently 2,000+ devices), subscription software management for over 200 individuals, digital signage, iPhones, Active Directory, OS400, SCCM, Mag-Tek Credit Card scanners, Cisco phones, Citrix applications, Direct access VPN, Jabber, Jamf. Fedex shipping stations, their configurations and peripherals. I also work with barcodes and their creation, config. of the scan guns, setting them up for emulation all the way to the label and the printer that prints them. I have been sent to El Salvador and Dominican Republic to rebuild computers from a virus outbreak. Currently running my 6th laptop refresh of over 300 laptops.
