• Document System Manager responsible for managing all drawings and cable tab database for up to 52 power plants across the United States. Near Field Test Facility Motion Control Project• Overview: Project at Boeing involved designing and implementing new Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLC and Allen-Bradley Kinetix 6000 Servo Drive System. - Lead Designer responsible for understanding the process, overseeing the creation of the electrical drawings for the two electrical sub-panels, manage the fabrication of the sub-panels, create and manage the electrical scope of work for the electrical contractor and manage the electrical contractor while on-site at facility. - Control System: Two (2) Allen-Bradley ControlLogix 5561 PLC’s with two (2) Allen-Bradley Kinetix 6000 Servo Drive systems.Demineralization Project• Overview: Project involved the design of a new SLC cabinet, the replacement of an Opto-22 PLC with a SLC-5/05E and Wonderware HMI, and planning for a system cutover from the old system to the new system. - Lead Designer responsible for the complete electrical design and fabrication of the new cabinet housing the PLC, all I/O and HMI. - Also did complete panel checkout and I/O simulation. - Control System: One (1) AB SLC-5/05E PLC with Wonderware InTouch HMI ApplicationJaguar Motion Retrofit Project• Overview: Project involved the electrical design for the integration of the Rockwell Automation Ultra3000 servo drives and motors. - Lead Designer responsible for the complete electrical design for the system including electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. - Assist in modification of the existing program to support the new Ultra3000 Servo drives and discrete I/O. - Assist in the I/O checkout from the new servo drives and existing SLC 500 system. - Provide Ultra3000 Servo drive initial setup for new motor configuration, feedback type, end of travel limits, brake setup, etc. - Control System: Two (2) Rockwell Automation Ultra3000 Servo Drives, two (2) Rockwell Automation Servo Motors and one (1) existing Allen-Bradley SLC 500 PLC

Drawing Modifications and Management• Project Overview: Provide CAD modifications for a major power plant facility in southern Illinois.• Responsibilities: -Lead Designer responsible for modifying electrical and plant layout drawings for a new customer. - Responsible for going to field to walk down system and verify field instruments to be able to provide accurate P&ID’s and wiring diagrams. - Capable of working with customers ProjectWise Drawing Management System to retrieve and post drawings.• Project Overview: Technical Lead to provide as-built drawings for a major power plant facility in the US at 4 of their power stations. - Responsibilities: - Responsible for walking down at each of the 4 power stations their overall security system and creating wiring diagrams and schematics. - Coordinated with plant personnel to gain access to existing plant drawings that may have vital power distribution information regarding the system. DCS Upgrade Project•Project Overview: Project started as a $100k job in which we were to assist another contractor and ended at a $1.3MM in which we ended up taking over the project and being the lead contractor at a prominent power station in northern Illinois.•Responsibilities: - Lead Designer responsible for creating all the Marshalling cabinets (14 total cabinets) and also the design and implementation of the loop drawings (340 drawings total). - During this project I also was the Technical Leader for the Drawing Management portion of the job. - Was part of the team to perform the loop checkout during checkout/startup and also served as a Bailey I/O Checkout Technician.•Control System: Ovation DCS System
