Based in Barrington, Illinois, with 40+ years of sales and marketing experience I am seeking a executive management position in the CPG industry where I can leverage my experience, expertise and acumen for building brands with an organization which will allow me to focus my talents on a brand or suite of brands I have spent nearly all of my career working with entrepreneurial companies and brands. In 1998 I founded P2B Inc. and have worked with dozens of companies and hundreds of brands in all phases of brand development and go-to- market strategies, tactics, with the goal of retail placement and sell through. At P2B my focus has been leading teams in the sales, marketing, logistics and analytic functions. I have extensive experience working with senior managers/executives, CEO/Presidents and founders. I am equally comfortable in the boardroom, with the administrative staff, in the lab, the plant, and on the dock. I have worked with all retailers in FDM, Value, Club, Military, Wholesale and E com. My experience has been exclusively in the CPG non-food sector with specific expertise in health care and beauty brands.
