Executive Officer (2nd in command) of a Squadron in Security Force Assistance Brigade of over 100 Advisors. Responsible for leading the Squadron staff in planning for personnel, military intelligence, operations, logistics, maintenance, and communication. Responsible for planning and executing a rigorous training cycle to prepare advisor teams for security force assistance missions both on the African continent and to be ready to advise in crisis and conflict. Serve as a liaison role at the U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF) responsible for coordinating and monitoring the efforts of 14 different Advisor Teams conducting security force assistance missions across Africa.

Commander of a Troop of over 40 Advisors responsible for advising Army partners in Africa. Supervised the training of 3 teams that employed for 6 months to Senegal, Morocco, and Djibouti. Led an advising team in Senegal to train Senegalese Army instructors on United Nations Peacekeeping doctrine and essential peacekeeping tasks by conducting multiple train-the-trainer courses. This training improved the proficiency of the Senegalese to train their peacekeeping contingents for operations in Mali and the Central African Repiblic. Also served as a key planner for the African Lion 2023 training exercise in Senegal. Overall responsible for the accountability and maintenance of $10.5 million worth of equipment.

Planned and executed 200 Soldiers participating in the 2022 Cobra Gold and Hanuman Guardian training exercises in Thailand.

Served at the Platoon, Company, Battalion, and Brigade levels including one deployment to Iraq.

Completed a Master of Arts degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University.The M.A. program is a scientist-practitioner program that educates students to be experts in the field of organization development with a focus on leadership, change management, team building, executive coaching, organizational research methods, and mediation and conflict resolution. Students learn the latest theories and research in the psychology of organizations combined with significant skill building in the practical application of these ideas to real organizational problems.

Legal Company Commander of a Cadet Company of over 110 Cadets and the primary developer of cadets at the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point, New York. Assists each cadet in balancing and integrating the requirements of the physical, military, academic, and moral-ethical programs in order to prepare for service as a future Army officer. Trains and coaches the cadet chain of command to establish and sustain high unit standards and behavior essential to a cohesive company environment.

Commander of the Brigade Dismounted Reconnaissance Troop that conducted decentralized at great risk to provide accurate and timely intelligence to the Brigade. Responsible for the training, discipline, morale, health, and welfare of three Officers and over 80 NCOs and Soldiers. Ensured two unique platoons were trained, resourced and ready for worldwide deployment in accordance with established Army and battalion standards. Responsible for the accountability and maintenance readiness of over $11.5 million worth of equipment.

Served as the staff officer in charge of planning and managing several Brigade level projects to include the fielding of over 1,000 pieces of communications equipment and training for over 3,000 Soldiers. Planned and supervised an Organizational Readiness Survey to inspect the maintenance, administrative, logistics, and certification programs throughout the Brigade. Planned a Battalion training exercise with a New Hampshire National Guard Brigade.
