I not only assisted in the selection and sale of computing solutions, I also answer questions and act as the representative of Dell for my store. I trained sales associates and generally assisted where I could driving sales. The program I was part of resulted in significant improvements in sales, so much so that the program was extended from January all the way to the beginning of April and I have been invited back for the next program.

I have successfully completed and received my A.A. and am now working towards my Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technology.

I was responsible for the loading and delivery of art and office supplies to our customers. On my own initiative I took the old methodology of using MapQuest to create static routes and replaced it with GPS navigation This allowed for faster and more flexible delivery schedules and reduced preparation times by at least half an hour every day.
